Titus Plattner, age 38, is a journalist working at the investigative newsroom department jointly started by Le Matin Dimanche and the Sonntagszeitung. Titus also worked for the weekly magazine L‘Hebdo and for Le Temps as correspondent from the Parliament. Member of the Board at Loitransparence.ch, an independent association committed to the good use of the Swiss transparency law, he participated as well to the Offshore Leaks project. Last year, his articles on the acquisition of Gripen and on the data leakage at the Swiss Federal Intelligence Service made quite some noise and sensation. Elected best online journalist of the year in 2007, Titus Plattner holds a master’s degree in political science and history from the universities of Lausanne and Fribourg.
